1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" or "zipo99" refers to the online betting and casino platform operated at the domain zipo99.cam, including all associated websites, mobile applications, and services.
• "User", "Player", or "you" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal user account created by a Player to access the Platform's services.
• "Bet" or "Wager" refers to any stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, lottery draw, or other wagering opportunity offered by the Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the amount of funds held in a Player's Account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp / IDR).
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or other promotional offers provided by zipo99, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required to comply with international gaming regulations and anti-money-laundering standards.
• "RTP" (Return to Player) refers to the theoretical percentage of all wagered money a game returns to players over time.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Jurisdiction Requirements

To use the zipo99 Platform, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia or a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by local law.

2.2 Account Registration

To access betting and gaming services, you must create an Account by providing accurate and complete registration information, including:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identification)
• Valid email address
• Secure password meeting minimum complexity requirements
• Date of birth
• Residential address
• Contact telephone number

You agree that all information provided during registration is true, accurate, current, and complete. You must update your Account information promptly if any changes occur. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension or termination.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account with zipo99. Creating multiple Accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple Accounts registered to the same person or household, we reserve the right to close all such Accounts, void all associated bets, and forfeit all balances and winnings.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of our regulatory obligations and to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling, zipo99 requires all Players to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. You will be asked to provide:

• A clear, legible copy of your government-issued photo identification (e.g., KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk, Indonesian National ID, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months)
• A selfie photograph holding your identification document for liveness verification

Withdrawal requests may be delayed or denied until KYC verification is successfully completed. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, payment methods, or source of funds.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Password and Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service
• Never disclose your password to any third party, including zipo99 customer support agents
• Immediately notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account
• Log out of your Account at the end of each session, especially when using shared or public devices

You are fully liable for all activities that occur under your Account, whether authorized by you or not. zipo99 will not be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.

3.2 Account Closure and Suspension

zipo99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have:

• Breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or collusive betting practices
• Attempted to manipulate games, exploit software vulnerabilities, or engage in bonus abuse
• Used the Platform for money laundering or other illegal activities
• Violated our Responsible Gaming Policy by failing to adhere to self-imposed limits

In the event of Account closure for breach of these Terms, any remaining Balance may be forfeited, and all pending bets may be voided. Winnings derived from fraudulent activity will not be paid out.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

zipo99 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp / IDR) via the following payment methods:

• Indonesian bank transfer: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual transactions may be subject to limits imposed by your payment provider. Deposits are typically processed instantly during banking hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Off-peak deposits may be subject to slight delays.

All deposit transactions must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits made from an account not registered in your name) are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the sender. zipo99 does not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider may impose transaction fees.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC completed)
• All pending wagering requirements on bonuses must be fulfilled before bonus-related funds can be withdrawn
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000
• Withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes to 24 hours during banking hours for verified Accounts, depending on payment method and volume

zipo99 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may result in processing delays. We may request additional documentation to verify the source of funds or legitimacy of winnings, particularly for large withdrawal amounts.

Withdrawal requests may be declined if there is evidence of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms. In such cases, zipo99 will provide written notice detailing the reason for decline.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the zipo99 Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). There is no currency conversion required. Your Account Balance, bet stakes, and winnings are all displayed and processed in Rupiah.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

zipo99 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, and other promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated in the promotional offer. By accepting a bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable bonus terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also known as rollover or playthrough requirements). A wagering requirement specifies the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (and, in some cases, the deposit amount) before any winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a Rp 100.000 bonus means you must place bets totaling Rp 3.000.000 before you can withdraw bonus-derived winnings.

Wagering requirements must be met within a specified time period (e.g., 30 days from the date the bonus is credited). Failure to meet wagering requirements within the validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

zipo99 strictly prohibits bonus abuse. Examples of bonus abuse include, but are not limited to:

• Opening multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times
• Using fraudulent payment methods or stolen credit cards to fund deposits
• Betting on outcomes with minimal risk (e.g., betting both sides of a market) to clear wagering requirements
• Colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes

If we detect bonus abuse, we reserve the right to void all bonuses, forfeit winnings, and close the offending Account(s) without prior notice.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets are subject to acceptance by zipo99. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion, particularly if we suspect fraudulent activity, technical errors, or violation of betting limits. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet confirmation receipt is issued, the bet is considered accepted and cannot be canceled by the Player.

6.2 Odds and Lines

Odds displayed on the Platform are indicative and may change at any time up until the moment a bet is placed and confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring you understand the odds and bet type before confirming your wager. zipo99 is not liable for errors in odds or line displays, though we will make reasonable efforts to correct obvious errors before settlement.

6.3 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant sports governing body, lottery authority, or game provider. In the event of uncertainty or dispute regarding an outcome, zipo99's decision on settlement is final. Bets on canceled, postponed, or abandoned events will be voided and stakes returned, unless otherwise stated in the specific sport or game rules.

6.4 Live Betting

Live (in-play) betting allows you to place bets on events while they are in progress. Due to the fast-paced nature of live betting, there may be slight delays between the action on the field and odds updates on the Platform. zipo99 is not liable for losses arising from delays in odds updates or acceptance of live bets.

6.5 Casino Games and RTP

All casino games (slots, table games, live dealer games) offered on zipo99 are provided by licensed third-party game studios (e.g., Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft). Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealers and are independently audited for fairness. 7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Fraud and money laundering: Using the Platform to launder money or engage in any form of financial fraud

Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, graphics, software, and other materials on the zipo99 Platform are the property of zipo99 or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not:

10. Limitation of Liability

• Loss of data or Account access
• Service interruptions, technical errors, or software malfunctions
• Unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to protect login credentials

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of your Account Balance at the time the claim arose, or Rp 1.000.000, whichever is lower.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zipo99 holds its international gaming license. By using the Platform, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal action in accordance with the governing law stated above.

12. Changes to Terms

When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to any changes, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.
